2008 ABIM Recert Review Course, 9/20-23/2008 Course in Dallas!
September 20 - 23, 2008: The Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West, Dallas, Texas.
Designated for a maximum of 30 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM of CME. Limited seating, so don’t delay!
Registration: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on September 19 and 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. on September 20. Course ends at noon on September 23. For this reason, we recommend that you arrive by September 19 and allow 3 hours for plane departure on September 23.
Price: $995
Recert Course Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before Day 1 of the Course: $100 service charge; 1 - 29 days before Day 1: $200. Cancellations made Day 1 of the Course or later: No refund will be given, but registration fee can be applied to a future Recert Course.
Travel and Lodging: Attendees arrange for their own travel and lodging. Reserve your lodging immediately after your course registration is confirmed. The deadline for the specially negotiated room rate of $149/night, which includes a deluxe continental breakfast and lunch, is August 28, 2008. Reserve early -- number of rooms is limited.
