This Privacy Policy also describes the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information. MedStudy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

In addition, when you visit the Site, we may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies.   • information about the devices you use to access the Site (such as the IP address and the type of the device, its operating system type and web browser);
  • dates, times and duration of visits to the Site (including whether you are a repeat or first time visitor); and
  • information on actions taken on the Site (such as adding items to the shopping cart, page views and site navigation patterns).

How We Use the Information We Collect – We may use the information we collect to:

In addition, MedStudy may use information collected through cookies to assist our returning registered visitors with the log-in process. We also may use the information we obtain about you in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.

Information We Share – MedStudy does not share, sell, trade, exchange or rent any of your personal information to or with any other entities except as described in this Privacy Policy.

MedStudy does not sell your personal information to any third party.

We may disclose your personal information to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. Currently, MedStudy discloses your personal information as necessary to validate a credit card transaction and in our own marketing. Such third parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. We may also disclose your personal information to: (i) comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (ii) enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; and/or (iii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of MedStudy, our customers, or others.
Visiting the Site may set a remarketing cookie in your browser for an advertising network. These cookies allow the advertising network to display related advertisements on other websites.

We also reserve the right to disclose your personal information to a buyer or other transferee in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets. Should such a sale, merger, or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use your personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Your Choices – We offer you the following choices about what information we collect from you and how we communicate with you:
