Pediatrics Board-Style Q&As Overview

 

MedStudy Pediatrics Board-Style Questions & Answers are made available in separate sets of 600+ questions and answers. Each set contains its own unique compilation of Q&As; there’s no overlap in content from one set to another. So your choice in Q&A sets is basically one of how many total questions you wish to study. You also have a choice of format, with each Q&A set available as print books or as interactive software. (The software format is delivered on CD-ROM or via download to your computer.) The Q&A content is the same for both formats. Your selection of format depends on what sort of features you prefer for Q&A studying.

• The book format comes with 2 books—one for Questions, the other for Answers and explanations. The questions are organized by subspecialty topic. Books give you use-anywhere convenience and allow you to make personal study notes in the Q&As. 
• With the software format, you get several automation features and options: automated scoring and reporting on your performance; bookmark questions you choose; search the Q&A content by key word or phrase; choose your questions by specific subspecialty areas; take a built-in “practice test”; and get a one-button link to an Antibiotics Usage table. Note that the software format also more closely mirrors the current Peds recertification (MoC) exam experience, which is now done on computer, and prepares you for when the Peds initial certification exam moves to that testing format also.
